Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GamesKharido, we strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with our instant top-up services. However, due to the nature of digital goods, we enforce a strict refund and cancellation policy. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.
1. Non-Refundable Digital Goods
All top-up purchases made on GamesKharido are for digital in-game currency (Free Fire Diamonds). Once the transaction is successful and the diamonds have been credited to the user's game account (UID), the order is considered final and non-refundable.
- We cannot reverse or retrieve diamonds once they are added to a Player ID.
- Requests for refunds due to "change of mind" or "accidental purchase" after delivery will not be entertained.
2. Failed Transactions
In cases where payment is deducted from your bank account but the diamonds are not credited to your game account within 24 hours:
- Please contact our support team immediately at support@gameskharido.in with your Transaction ID and Payment Screenshot.
- We will investigate the issue with our payment partner.
- If the transaction is confirmed as failed at our end, the full amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Incorrect Player ID (UID)
It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure the correct Player ID (UID) is entered before confirming the payment. GamesKharido is not liable for diamonds sent to an incorrect account due to user error. No refunds or transfers will be possible in such cases.
4. Duplicate Payments
If you have been charged twice for a single order due to a technical glitch, please contact us immediately. Verify in-game if you received double the diamonds. If only one package was delivered but you were charged twice, the extra amount will be refunded to your source account within 5-7 working days after verification.
5. Fraudulent Transactions
Any user found attempting chargebacks or disputing valid transactions after receiving goods will be permanently banned from GamesKharido. We reserve the right to report such activities to relevant cyber authorities and the game developer (Garena) for account suspension.
6. Modification
GamesKharido reserves the right to specific refund conditions or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
